Welcome to Chore Champ! By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. This agreement is between you and Chore Champ, not Apple.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 5 years old to use Chore Champ. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the app.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features of Chore Champ. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions

Chore Champ offers subscriptions for additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fees and any applicable taxes. Subscription fees will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Rewards and Affiliate Program

Chore Champ offers rewards for completing chores. These rewards may include points, badges, and other incentives. Additionally, Chore Champ is a participant in the Amazon Affiliate program. This means that Chore Champ earns money from qualifying purchases made through links in the app. These earnings help to keep the app running and provide additional features and support for users.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Chore Champ in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. You must not use the app to distribute any harmful or malicious content.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Chore Champ at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise harmful to other users of the app, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that the EULA is between you and Chore Champ only, not with Apple, and that Chore Champ is solely responsible for the app and its content.

12. Scope of License

The license granted to you is non-transferable and allows you to use the app on any Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

13. Maintenance and Support

Chore Champ is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services.

14. Warranty

Chore Champ is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In case of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app. Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.

15. Product Claims

Chore Champ, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including but not limited to product liability claims, failure to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

16. Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third party claim that the app or your possession and use of the app infringes third party intellectual property rights, Chore Champ, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

17. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

19. Third Party Terms of Agreement

You must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using the app, such as your wireless data service agreement.

20. Third Party Beneficiary

You and Chore Champ acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the EULA against you as a third party beneficiary.
